Although we embrace the latest technology, we also believer in good, old fashioned, estate agency. We do believe that properties should have a For Sale board (if the vendor wishes), but don’t believe an extra charge should be incurred for this. We also believe that professional colour photos and a 3D floor plan should be included in all property brochures, without an additional charge being made.

We also offer to carry out all the viewings at the properties, again this would be at no further cost to our clients and following each viewing we will chase the viewers in order to provide constructive feedback.

All of our properties are advertised on the two main internet portals – Rightmove and Zoopla, with these portals linking to over thirty property websites. Also, as a special offer for our Runcorn clients we will include a Rightmove premium listing – free of charge.
